GAIA is derived from Greek, meaning “earth”. In Greek mythology, GAIA was the mother goddess who presided over the earth.
Established in 2015, GAIA project is aimed to create your dream wedding through your vision, combing with our creativity and professional expertise in wedding co-ordination and event production.
Our extensive and resourceful connection with local vendors, including photography & videography, beauty & attire, flower & decoration, transportation, entertainment, food & beverage, and legal will ensure you have every aspect of your wedding covered.
Service
Gaia project offers a comprehensive range of wedding planning services in order to ensure your wedding day is a true reflection of your individuality and as effortless for you as possible.
Unlike traditional wedding planning services, we work with independent photographers and hair & makeup stylists and offer space at our studio which you can have a carefree session for indoor pre-wedding shooting and hair & makeup trial.
Besides, a wide selection of bridal dresses has been carefully curated all over the world and is available for dress rental at Gaia project studio.
Gaia project provides three levels of involvement that we tailor for each wedding:

Eclipse
On day event coordination and management to ensure your wedding can be a stress free event.

Half moon
Independent couples who have been planning wedding and may need some advise or assistance along the way. We provide consultation to ensure all the details has been accounted for.

Full moon
Our expert team works with you closely to ensure all of your dreams and ideas are being executed. We will start the project with you from scratch and this is our most popular service which we can ensure you will have a flawless day and enjoy the big day you deserved.
